For this, first you need half a teaspoon of coconut oil and half a teaspoon of clove powder. Coconut oil contains antimicrobial ingredients and clove powder contains a chemical called eugenol which helps in relieving pain. Mix clove powder and coconut oil well in a glass container and apply this paste on the affected area with the help of toothbrush. However, a doctor should be consulted at least once a year to take proper care of the teeth. If the toothache increases excessively, you must take any medicine as per the instructions of the doctor.

Many of us have a habit of using toothpicks after eating. Many people think that if you use a toothpick, your teeth will become hollow. But is that idea correct?

Many people in our country think that if we use a toothpick, then the teeth will become gaps. But that idea is not entirely correct. Because, if the toothpick is used to keep the teeth clean and dental floss is used, then if there is a gap, the reverse will close.

But many people think that using a toothpick will cause gaps in the teeth. It is very important to use toothpick and dental floss.

Toothpick is essential for maintaining good oral hygiene. Intradental brushes are now available in our department stores. If the gaps between the two teeth can be cleaned with this brush, then what you said will not be gingivitis, not periodontitis.

Salt-water

This home remedy is very simple and this process is really effective. If there is pain in the tooth due to any germ, then the pain will be relieved in salt water. However, do not drink this salt water! Crush and throw away.

Salt-pepper

Mixing salt in black pepper reduces the pain a lot. These two contain antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic ingredients. Take equal amount of pepper and salt.  Apply the paste directly on the affected teeth and leave for a few minutes. You see, relaxing

Hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is great for reducing pain and inflammation. It even reduces bleeding from the gums. Take 3% hydrogen peroxide and the same amount of water. However, you will see that hydrogen peroxide is completely dissolved in water. Use it as a mouthwash. But do not swallow!

Cold compress

This cold compress helps to reduce gum swelling or inflammation. You have to hold the ice bag wrapped in a towel in your damaged area for at least ten to twenty minutes. This will reduce the pain. Doing this every few hours can reduce the pain.

Peppermint tea bag

Suppose you make tea with the peppermint tea bag. In this case, cool the T-bag a little. In this case, if you bake the T-bag, the toothache will be relieved a lot.

Guava leaves

Guava leaves are very good for teeth or crush a few guava leaves and throw them in boiling water. You can use it as a mouthwash. This is because guava leaves contain anti-inflammatory ingredients that can heal wounds. And it is anti-microbial. Which is very important in oral care.
